Produced bedding bag configurations and material options
These two bedding storage bag configurations come from a Great Shine retail home-storage project that has been produced. Both use 80 gsm polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric, matching-weight non-woven edge binding and a fabric handle on each side. A front clear PVC window and a zipper with two sliders complete the specification.
60 × 42 × 28 cm bedding bag. Compare the assembled external size with the intended bedding and storage space. Check the opening and zipper closure with the actual contents inside before approving your version.
120 × 50 × 15 cm bedding bag. This configuration is longer and lower. If you plan to sell it for under-bed storage, check the available clearance and the filled sample, including room to pull it out.
Both sizes are stated as assembled external length × width × height. They do not establish usable internal capacity or a tested carrying load. The minimum order for these bedding bag styles is 500 pieces per style, with mixed colors allowed within the same style.
The retail specification used a CPP bag with a hanging slot, a printed insert and 24 pieces per carton. Insert artwork must fit the packed product. Confirm final carton dimensions and weight for your order before comparing freight costs.
Other storage bag materials need their own specifications. For Oxford or polyester fabrics, confirm composition, weight and coating; for cotton or canvas, confirm finish and care instructions. Clear PVC or PEVA needs a defined film thickness and construction. PA+PE vacuum bags also need a specified seal, valve and thickness measurement basis.

Can you provide tiered pricing based on different quantities?
Yes. Send the quantities you want compared, with the quantity by color and a clear unit: pieces or complete sets. For the bedding bag configurations on this page, MOQ is 500 pieces per style, with mixed colors allowed within that style. The dog travel organizer configuration is quoted by complete set, with an MOQ of 500 sets.
Material, construction, logo and packaging must stay consistent for a useful price comparison. We reply within one business day; missing specifications or supplier cost checks may need to be resolved before the quotation is complete.
