What is your MOQ for private label orders?
MOQ starts at 500 pcs for custom-logo orders using in-stock standard fabrics. For custom Pantone-dyed fabrics or exclusive patterns, MOQ is 1,000-2,000 pcs due to minimum dye-lot requirements.
Can you customize size, color, material, and logo?
Yes. Full customization across 8 layers: structure, size, material, color, lining, logo, labels, and packaging. Share your reference image and our engineer reviews feasibility in 24 hours.
Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
Direct OEM manufacturer, 16 years. In-house R&D, sampling room with 20+ craftsmen, 4-stage QC. No outsourcing, no middleman markup. Verifiable by business license and video factory tour.
How do you prevent spec drift between sample and bulk?
We lock 8 spec layers (material, color, dimensions, construction, lining, logo, packaging, labels) in a signed approval sheet. Physical bulk sample from every production batch. AQL 2.5 inspection. No material substitution without written approval.
Do you offer exclusivity for custom designs?
Yes. Written exclusivity agreements for custom-developed products, typically 18-36 months. Right of first refusal on all new versions. Your design is your competitive advantage.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against BL copy or third-party inspection pass. For established clients, LC at sight or other terms negotiable.
