Send us your design or reference. We review the sample materials, structure, logo and packaging for your approval before bulk production.

Send design sketches, reference images and product specifications for a feasibility review.
No design? Discuss ODM development support for your product brief.
🎨

Check the selected material report, tested scope and document date against your project requirements.
✂

Sample Production After Specification Approval
Confirm sample charges, courier costs and any order-linked credit in writing before sample production.
Any sample credit or refund must be stated in the agreed quotation.

Factory Documents for Buyer Review
These documents cover different factory, management and sourcing assessments. Before relying on a document, confirm its issuing body, legal entity, production site, scope, issue date and current status for your order.
BSCI (amfori BSCI)
Social Compliance Audit
The displayed amfori BSCI monitoring result records Grade C and is a historical audit reference. Ask for the relevant facility details, audit date and current report before using it for supplier approval.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management System
Review the ISO 9001 document for the certified entity, production site, covered activities, issue date and validity. A management-system certificate does not establish the performance of every product.
SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit
4-Pillar SMETA Audit
For a Sedex/SMETA audit review, confirm the facility, audit type, date, findings and authorized sharing process. Membership and audit records should be assessed separately from product test reports.
FSC Chain of Custody
Sustainable Sourcing
For an FSC sourcing claim, check the certificate holder, current scope, relevant product group and order documentation. Confirm whether the selected bamboo, wood or paper component can carry the proposed claim.
Workplace Conditions Assessment
Independent Workplace Assessment
The uploaded Workplace Conditions Assessment report records the facility’s workplace performance review across labor, wages and hours, health and safety, management systems, and environment.
Product and Shipment Documents to Confirm
Agree the product, material, labeling and shipment documents required for your destination and sales channel before production. Confirm document scope and any testing or preparation costs with the order.
Test Reports
Fabric composition, harmful substance (REACH / Prop 65 / CPSIA), physical performance (tensile / abrasion / colorfastness)
Certificates of Compliance
Applicable product declarations and supporting documents, as required for the product and destination
BSCI/SEDEX Audit Reports
Full audit summaries available under NDA for verified buyers
Commercial Invoices & Packing Lists
Confirm invoice language, packing data and proposed HS classification with your importer or customs adviser

What is your MOQ for private label orders?
MOQ starts at 500 pcs for custom-logo orders using in-stock standard fabrics. For custom Pantone-dyed fabrics or exclusive patterns, MOQ is 1,000-2,000 pcs due to minimum dye-lot requirements.
Can you customize size, color, material, and logo?
Yes. Full customization across 8 layers: structure, size, material, color, lining, logo, labels, and packaging. Share your reference image and our engineer reviews feasibility in 24 hours.
Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
Direct OEM manufacturer, 16 years. In-house R&D, sampling room with 20+ craftsmen, 4-stage QC. No outsourcing, no middleman markup. Verifiable by business license and video factory tour.
How do you prevent spec drift between sample and bulk?
We lock 8 spec layers (material, color, dimensions, construction, lining, logo, packaging, labels) in a signed approval sheet. Physical bulk sample from every production batch. AQL 2.5 inspection. No material substitution without written approval.
Do you offer exclusivity for custom designs?
Discuss any exclusivity requirement before development. Confirm the covered design, territories, sales channels, duration, ownership and exceptions in a written agreement.
