Confirm the label service and any charges in the quotation. Provide current label and shipment files for the target marketplace, then approve label content, placement and packing. Barcode readability should be checked on the selected pack; a print finish does not guarantee acceptance by a fulfillment center.
MOQ starts at 500 pcs for custom-logo orders using in-stock standard fabrics. For custom Pantone-dyed fabrics, MOQ is 1,000-2,000 pcs. We provide tiered pricing: 500 / 2,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pcs so you can plan scaling strategy.
The inspection plan identifies which checks are required on every unit and which use shipment sampling. Agree the sampling plan, defect definitions, acceptance limits and record format before production. Review the inspected quantity, findings, corrective action and release decision for the order.
Storage and batch dispatch can be discussed for the project. Confirm the quantity held, storage period, charges, inventory reporting and release process in writing. Plan releases using your current marketplace capacity and receiving instructions; storage arrangements do not guarantee a particular IPI score or fee saving.
