Separate style quantity from colour quantity
Describe one style by its pattern, dimensions, opening and material construction. Then list the colours and the quantity planned for each. A different colour on the same agreed style may be treated differently from a new pattern or another fabric. Ask the supplier to mark which combinations can share the quoted minimum.

Compare the full order rather than a headline MOQ
Ask the quotation to state the minimum for each style and variant, sample charges, any setup costs, packaging quantities and the assumptions behind the delivery schedule. Compare suppliers using the same specification and delivery basis. Avoid assuming that a smaller quantity guarantees a shorter production schedule.
