Custom Storage Box & Bin Product Lines
Great Shine develops custom storage boxes and fabric storage bins for retailers, importers and private label ranges. The first three configurations below come from a home-storage project that has been produced. Their images are project reference illustrations.
These three styles use 80 gsm polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric with 2 mm cardboard support. Dimensions are assembled external length × width × height. MOQ is 500 pieces per style, with mixed colors allowed within the same style. Other styles are quoted against their own specifications.
Choose the lidded box when covered storage and a front viewing window matter. The open-top cube provides access from above, while the 16-compartment organizer separates smaller items.
- Lidded box: check shelf clearance and space to open the lid.
- Open-top cube: check the shelf opening and room to use the front handle.
- Compartment organizer: check drawer height and each compartment against the intended contents.

Lidded storage box: 40 × 50 × 25 cm
An attached lid and front clear PVC window, with 80 gsm PP non-woven lining and edge binding. Check the space needed to open the lid on the intended shelf.
Retail pack: CPP bag, hanging hook and printed insert. Project packing quantity: 12 pieces per carton.
Open-top fabric cube: 30 × 30 × 30 cm
A front fabric handle and clear PVC label window help identify and retrieve stored items. Check the shelf opening against the assembled external size; usable internal space will be smaller.
Retail pack: CPP bag, hanging hook and printed insert. Project packing quantity: 24 pieces per carton.
16-compartment organizer: 28 × 28 × 10 cm
This configuration has 16 compartments and a bottom zipper with one slider. Check each compartment against the intended contents before sample approval.

Material and support-board options
The three project configurations in the product catalog use 80 gsm PP non-woven fabric and 2 mm cardboard support. For a different fabric storage bin, select the outer fabric and support board separately, then assess the assembled sample for its intended use.
Changes to material or construction need a separate specification review. Cardboard-supported fabric bins should not be presented as waterproof or machine-washable without supporting evidence.

Key Sourcing Details for Storage Box Projects

Custom sizes and shelf fit
Send the usable shelf opening or under-bed clearance, plus your target finished length, width and height. Allow room for handles, lids and lifting the bin out. Confirm external dimensions and usable internal space separately, then check the finished sample in the intended location before approving bulk production.
Foldable Structure
Compare the assembled size, folded size and the steps needed to fit or remove the support boards. Check whether the base stays seated during use and whether the box folds without damaging the covering. Use the actual packed dimensions and carton quantity to compare shipping volume.
Support Board Options
Specify cardboard or PP, board thickness and where each insert sits. Check panel bending with the intended contents in place. For damp-use requirements, assess the fabric and seams as well as the board; choosing PP alone does not establish that the finished box is waterproof.
Window & Lid Options
An open top suits frequent access; a lid provides a cover when contents are stored away. Check lifting clearance for flip lids and zipper access beneath a bed. Agree on window placement so contents remain visible when filled. A lid or zipper does not by itself make the box airtight.
Handle & Edge Strength
State the intended filled weight and how users will lift or pull the box. Check handle attachment points, binding and seams on a filled sample. Agree on a repeat-handling method and acceptance criteria before production; do not infer a load rating from the handle appearance.
Packing & Retail Presentation
Compare flat packing, nesting or retail sets using a finished sample. Confirm pieces per set, insert placement, barcode position and whether buyers must assemble the box. Record packed unit dimensions and carton quantity before estimating freight; folding alone does not establish the final shipping cost.

Logo & Packaging Options for Custom Storage Boxes
The lidded box and open-top cube above were specified with a CPP retail bag, hanging hook and printed insert. Project packing quantities were 12 pieces per carton for the 40 × 50 × 25 cm lidded box and 24 for the 30 × 30 × 30 cm cube. These are packing quantities, separate from the 500-piece MOQ per style.
The insert artwork started at 21 × 29.7 cm and needed adjustment if it exceeded the packed product size. Carton artwork must also follow the confirmed carton dimensions. The project instructions called for protective sheets at the top and bottom of the carton to help prevent product damage during opening. Final carton dimensions and weights are confirmed for each order.
