Fabric storage box manufacturing involves coordinating the fabric shell, support panels, base and carrying points. Buyers can use a sample review to identify whether those parts work together in the intended space.
Record the selected construction and sample revision before discussing a bulk order. A removable base, folding wall or fixed panel changes how the box is assembled, packed and used.
The following checks describe what to confirm with a supplier. They do not represent published test results for every Great Shine configuration.
1. Match cut parts to the approved pattern
Compare panel dimensions and orientation with the approved pattern. Check that a directional fabric or print remains consistent after assembly. Review the finished dimensions as well as the flat components, since seams and inserted supports affect the final shape.

2. Check the support-panel arrangement
Identify the material and location of wall supports and how they are held in place. Check for exposed edges, shifting panels and interference at folds. Confirm which supports the user installs or removes and whether instructions show the intended arrangement.

3. Inspect seams and handle attachment
Inspect seams, binding and handle attachment on the complete sample. Load it with the intended contents and review the planned carrying or pulling action. Agree an inspection method and acceptance requirements; a fabric weight or reinforced appearance is not a verified load rating.

4. Check the base with intended contents
Check that the base fits the shell and rests as intended. Look for movement, uneven seating or a gap that changes the usable area. Review access to the contents in the intended shelf position and confirm whether the lid requires extra opening clearance.
5. Review branding on the assembled box
Approve the logo or label on the actual material and check its location with the box assembled and folded. Record visible size, colour reference and placement measurements so subsequent pieces can be compared consistently.

6. Verify folding and the retail pack
Fold the sample using the intended customer procedure and verify that panels, handles and lids fit in the pack. Confirm instructions, component count, retail labels and carton quantities. Agree any transit checks for the actual delivery route before promising shipping performance.
For a defined configuration, compare custom fabric storage boxes and use the fabric-bin QC checklist to record the agreed acceptance details.
