Raw Material Inspection
Verify fiber composition, weave, yarn denier and measured fabric weight separately. Confirm the coating and the selected zipper and handle test method against the approved specification.
Production Line Patrol
Every 2 hours: stitching density check, handle attachment bar-tack verification, dimension tolerance +/-0.5cm. First-piece inspection vs golden sample.
Final AQL 2.5 Inspection
Agree the sampling plan, defect definitions and acceptance criteria before production. Define handle load, lifting cycles and zipper operation checks for the selected sample, and identify any checks required on every unit.
