What to confirm before ordering
Start with the clothes and wardrobe space the cover needs to fit. The points below help define the product specification for quotation and sampling.

Dimensions and wardrobe clearance
Measure the garments on their hangers and the available wardrobe space. Specify width, depth and hanging height separately, and allow room to open the cover and remove clothes.

Top closure and rail fit
The grey cover shown uses a hook-and-loop top closure around the wardrobe rail. Include the rail diameter and any nearby brackets in your brief so the attachment can be reviewed for your setup.

Zipper layout and access
The illustrated cover has a T-shaped opening. Review how the front panels open and whether clothes can be added or removed without taking down the cover. Confirm the zipper specification on the selected sample.

Viewing window
The clear panel shows the contents while the cover is closed. Specify the window position and size in your brief. Its material and thickness should be listed separately from the body fabric.

Fabric specification
Confirm the body material and fabric weight for the selected style. If washability or other performance requirements matter to your market, include them in the brief and agree how they will be checked.

Packing and shipping measurements
Record the open product dimensions, folded product dimensions and packed dimensions separately. Confirm the quantity per retail pack and shipping carton before using package measurements to estimate freight.

Structural changes (dimensions, opening layout, closure type, gusset) require a new sample before bulk. For minor changes (colour, logo, packaging), a new full sample may not be required, but the modification is still confirmed in writing before production: colour by swatch approval, logo by print proof approval, packaging by spec sheet and sample pack. The approval method for each change is stated in the quotation.

The MOQ of 500 applies per style. Whether mixed colours count within one style depends on the material route and is confirmed in the quotation. Custom colour or special material programs may require a higher MOQ.
Price factors
What affects price and MOQ
Body material and fabric weight, dimensions, gusset depth, window size and material, zipper specification, logo method, packaging format, and order quantity all affect the unit price. Some changes (e.g. custom Pantone colour, special fabric) may raise the MOQ. We list the cost-relevant items in the quotation before sampling.
Sampling
When sample production starts
Sample production of approximately one week begins after the product specification is confirmed and the sample charge is agreed in writing. This period excludes the initial inquiry and specification review. If the brief changes during development, the timeline is updated accordingly.
Confirmation
When costs and delivery are confirmed
Sample cost and courier cost are confirmed in the quotation before sample production starts. We also provide an estimated price range and estimated production lead time at the quotation stage, so you can judge whether to proceed with sampling. Final price and production lead time are locked after sample approval, when the specification, quantity and packaging are fixed. Whether sample charges are credited against the bulk order depends on the program and is stated in the quotation before sampling begins.

Common questions
Which dimensions should I provide?
Provide the required width, depth and hanging height. Include the garment length on the hanger and the available wardrobe space. Refer to the dimension illustration so each measurement is clear.
How does the illustrated cover attach to the rail?
The grey cover shown has a hook-and-loop top closure that wraps around the rail. Share the rail diameter and nearby bracket positions when discussing fit.
How many garments will fit?
Capacity depends on the cover dimensions, hanger spacing and garment thickness. Describe the clothing you intend to store and confirm the packing arrangement on the selected sample.
Are the listed dimensions the shipping dimensions?
The size illustration shows the open cover. Folded product dimensions and packed dimensions are separate measurements and should be confirmed for the selected product and pack quantity.
