We develop soft-sided pet carriers, dog slings, pet backpacks and double-pet carriers for pet brands, importers and retail programs. Sizes, mesh layouts, frames, zippers and packaging are built around the pets your customers carry and the way they travel. Each design is quoted and sampled against its own specification.
The carrier style follows the trip. These are the five uses buyers plan for, with the fit question that decides the style.

Airline under-seat limits vary by carrier and aircraft. Compare the assembled dimensions with the published limits of the airlines your customers fly, and leave room for the pet to stand and turn.

Slings and shoulder bags suit short trips under about 15 lbs. The weight limit is confirmed on the sample with the intended pet weight, not read from a listing photo.

A soft carrier that sits on a seat or floor needs a stable base and a place to secure it. Confirm the seat-belt routing or anchor compatibility on the sample.

Top-entry designs let a nervous pet be lowered in without forcing them through a side door. Check the opening size against the pet types your buyers carry.

Backpack styles share the load across two shoulders. Confirm the frame, ventilation and strap padding for the intended pet weight and trip length.

A carrier can pass a photograph review and still fail with a live pet inside. Work through these checks on a sample with the intended pet weight before approving bulk production.
| Component | Options | What to confirm on the sample |
|---|---|---|
| Outer fabric | Polyester, Oxford, quilted finishes, PU-coated options | Coating scope; a coated fabric resists water on its surface, seams and zippers still let water in |
| Mesh windows | Grades differ by denier and weave | Scratch resistance with the intended pet; visibility from inside |
| Frame | Wire frame, PP board insert, sewn structure | Top clearance under load; folding behavior |
| Base pad | Removable fleece, sewn pad | Removability and washing method before any washable claim |
| Zipper | Standard sliders, lockable sliders | Locking function under pet pressure |
| Safety leash | Interior tether, clip style | Attachment strength and length |
Board rules from our storage lines apply here: a board insert defines shape, it does not establish a load rating, and a water-resistant board does not make a carrier waterproof.

| Comparing suppliers | You can ask any supplier for the same checks. We publish the checks we work to. |
Our factory audit documents (BSCI, ISO 9001, SEDEX) and product test arrangements (REACH, Prop 65, CPSIA) are available for review. Each covers a specific scope; a factory audit does not certify a product, and a fabric test does not clear a finished carrier. Ask which document applies to your order.
“Airline approved” deserves a note of its own. Airlines set their own under-seat dimensions and approval processes, and they change them. We build to the dimensions you specify from published airline limits; the approval sits with the airline, and we will not claim it on your behalf.
Confirmed per design. Structure, materials, colors and packaging can affect the minimum. Send your reference and estimated quantity for review.
3 to 7 days after the specification is confirmed. Courier time is additional and confirmed separately.
Yes, as one coordinated program. Each style is specified, sampled and quoted separately; shared colors and branding can be coordinated across the range.
No. Airlines set and change their own under-seat rules. We build to the dimensions you specify; approval is the airline’s decision.
By agreement on the sample. We load the sample with the intended weight, run the agreed lift cycles and record the result. The printed limit then cites that record.
Polyester and Oxford weaves, quilted finishes, and coated options. Coating scope is confirmed per project; a coated surface does not make the carrier waterproof.
Yes, when the pad is removable. Care instructions are written around the removable parts, which is the standard approach for structured carriers.
Collars, leashes and travel bowls can be discussed as add-on programs with their own specifications.
