How long does sampling and bulk production take?

Sampling takes 5-7 working days after size, material, structure, color and logo are confirmed. We include 2 rounds of free revision. Bulk production is typically 30-45 days after sample approval and order confirmation.

How do you prevent storage boxes from deforming or sagging under heavy load?

We use reinforced board inserts (PP board or cardboard), double-stitched corner seams and bottom panel support. Board thickness and fabric weight are selected based on your target load capacity. For heavy-duty programs, we add rigid base plates and side panels. Our 3-step QC checks structural integrity under load before shipment.
